Real Talk
This is a skilled, experienced-level position, not an entry-level machining role. You'll need to be confident working independently, diagnosing tooling problems, interpreting complex blueprints, and performing precision machining and repairs. We're looking for someone who brings technical expertise, strong craftsmanship, reliability, and pride in doing the job right.
