About this role
Ambient Recruiting is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a local client in the Grand Rapids area. This is a temporary opportunity starting immediately and running through Christmas or the end of the year. If you enjoy working in a friendly, fast-paced environment and take pride in providing excellent customer service, this could be a great fit for you!
Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
Schedule: 8:30am-5pm, Monday through Friday
Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.

Greet callers professionally, identify the company, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.

Take accurate messages, including caller names, contact information, and the reason for the call.

Transfer calls efficiently using the phone system.

Enter and update information accurately in company systems and spreadsheets, including call logs, customer information, and order details.
Qualifications

Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Positive, service-oriented attitude.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Commitment to providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
