Help Bring a Candlelit Concert Experience to Life
We're recruiting an event team for a series of live-music concerts in Traverse City. Each show transforms a unique venue into an intimate, glowing space where guests enjoy classical and modern performances by candlelight. It's a different kind of work night, and the team behind the scenes makes the atmosphere feel effortless.
There are three ways to join. Event Staff handle setup, guest check-in, seating, and teardown. Assistant Event Leads support the lead and help guide the team. Event Leads run the show, working with musicians, venue staff, and vendors. Teams are typically 7 to 12 people, so you'll be working alongside a group. If you're friendly, dependable, and enjoy being part of a live event, there's a spot for you.

Real Talk
Event days are long, typically 7 to 12 hours, and you'll be on your feet most of the time. Setup and teardown involve carrying and lifting, and the work is fast-paced when guests arrive. Guest service is a big part of the job, so a warm, professional attitude matters. Leads carry extra responsibility for timing, the team, and keeping the show on track. This is event-based work, so hours are tied to the event schedule rather than a regular weekly shift.
