X-Ray Processor

Ambient Recruiting is partnered with a leading global aerospace manufacturing company in the Whitehall area to identify an X-Ray Processor to join their team.

This position will be responsible for processing and inspecting aerospace castings using X-ray radiography techniques to ensure products meet customer and quality requirements. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing, quality control, or nondestructive inspection experience and be comfortable working in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and inspect castings using X-ray radiography techniques.
• Perform inspections according to customer specifications and quality requirements.
• Work as part of a team to maintain production schedules.
• Read and interpret specifications and inspection requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Work assigned off-shifts, overtime, and weekends as required by production needs.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience OR 6 months of continuous manufacturing experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work 2nd, 3rd, or weekend shifts.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Preferred:

• Industrial manufacturing experience.
• Quality control or nondestructive inspection experience.
• Previous industrial radiography/X-ray experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.

Schedule

This is an off-shift position. Candidates must be flexible to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekend crew, depending on production needs. Saturday and Sunday may be regularly scheduled workdays.
