Operator/Buffer Benefits:
- $17.00/hr
- 1st Shift: 7am - 3:30pm
- 8-10 hour days
Operator/Buffer Responsibilities:
- Willing to train in multiple areas while performing quality checks to ensure 100% accuracy and adherence to customer specifications.
- Operate buffing wheels to correct and polish small parts according to customer standards and quality requirements.
- Operate production lines while consistently maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure products meet established quality specifications before completion.
Operator/Buffer Qualifications:
- Must have punctual attendance
- Stand for 8-10 hours a day
- Lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and team player!
