What You'll Be Doing

As a Scanning & Sorting Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Grade the condition of books and other items coming off the conveyor belt
• Sort items based on their condition and established quality standards
• Scan books in good condition into the company's software system
• Follow the software's routing process to ensure products are directed to the correct destination
• Maintain an individual production goal of 240 scans per hour
• Perform repetitive scanning and sorting tasks consistently throughout the shift
• Maintain accuracy while working at a steady production pace
• Stand for the full 8-hour shift
• Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures
• Work with coworkers to maintain consistent product flow throughout the production area
