In this role, you'll help keep production moving by supporting machine operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring products are manufactured safely and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing
In this position, you'll:
- Assist with operating production machinery and manufacturing equipment
- Feed raw materials into machines to keep production running efficiently
- Remove, stack, organize, and prepare finished products
- Perform quality inspections on finished products for size, appearance, and accuracy
- Monitor production processes and report any quality or equipment concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow established production procedures and safety guidelines
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals and deadlines
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates typically have:
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong work ethic with dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift, move, and carry materials up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing, walking, and remaining active throughout the shift
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
