What You'll Be Doing

In this position, you'll:

• Perform MIG welding and metal fabrication on structural steel and custom components
• Read blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders to fabricate products accurately
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble steel components
• Operate fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, drills, and other shop tools
• Read tape measurements accurately and verify dimensions throughout production
• Load, unload, and move steel materials safely throughout the facility
• Inspect completed welds and fabricated products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates typically have:

• Previous welding and metal fabrication experience
• MIG welding experience strongly preferred
• Ability to accurately read blueprints, shop drawings, and tape measurements
• Experience operating fabrication equipment and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety
