What You'll Be Doing
In this position, you'll:
- Operate CNC Hydromat machines to produce precision-machined components
- Load raw materials and unload finished parts
- Monitor machine performance and make basic operational adjustments
- Inspect parts using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools
- Identify defects and ensure products meet quality specifications
- Record production and quality information accurately
- Perform basic machine cleaning and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot minor production issues and report larger concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work with your team to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates typically have:
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Manufacturing, warehouse, machine operation, or production experience is helpful but not required
- Comfortable working in an active industrial environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
