We're hiring dependable General Laborers to join a growing production team responsible for manufacturing products where quality, precision, and reliability matter every day.

What You'll Be Doing

In this position, you'll:

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility using manual methods and material handling equipment
• Support assembly, fabrication, and production operations
• Assist with packaging and preparing finished products for shipment
• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment under supervision
• Maintain inventory, organize materials, and replenish production supplies
• Perform general housekeeping and keep work areas clean and organized
• Assist with equipment cleaning and basic maintenance tasks
• Work closely with production teams to achieve daily manufacturing goals
• Follow all company safety procedures and strict quality standards

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates typically have:

• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Ability to lift, move, and remain active throughout the workday
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to adapt to changing production priorities
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation and pre-employment drug screen
