What You'll Be Doing
Depending on your assignment, you'll work in one of two production areas:
Cabinet Assembly (Box Line)
- Assemble cabinetry and wood components on a production line
- Follow work instructions and quality standards
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and craftsmanship
- Work with teammates to maintain production flow
Solid Surface (Countertops & Finishing)
- Build, shape, and finish countertop materials
- Use hand tools and shop equipment to fabricate products
- Sand, trim, and refine finished surfaces
- Work safely in an environment where dust is present
General Responsibilities
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Read and follow work instructions and basic production drawings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
- Produce quality products with attention to detail
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates typically have:
- Manufacturing, woodworking, construction, carpentry, assembly, or other hands-on experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to remain active throughout the workday
- Willingness to work in a production shop environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude with flexibility to work Fridays as needed
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
